Keetown provides a platform for education community to freely communicate. By doing so, Keetown does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you post to the Keetown Services. After posting your Content to the Keetown Services, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any way you choose. You agree not to post or upload or show in VIP rooms any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, nudity, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, and the country where "keetown.Org" and "keetown.Com" are hosted or any international laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that "keetown.Org" and "Keetown.Com" have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic or programs at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party other than your service providers on Xianbuzhu.com, without your consent, Keetown Inc. shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

If there is any dispute about or involving the Keetown Services, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions and you agree to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of the United States located in the State of California, City of Sunnyvale. Either Keetown Inc. (Keetown.org and Keetown.com) or you may demand that any dispute between Keetown and you about or involving the Keetown Services must be settled by arbitration utilizing the dispute resolution procedures of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Sunnyvale, California, USA, provided that the foregoing shall not prevent Keetown Inc. from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to indemnify and hold Keetown Inc., its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Keetown Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any content that you post on the Keetown Website (Keetown.org and Keetown.com) or through the Keetown Services causes to be liable to another.
