Refund policy

For Keetown Membership purchases, cancellation is only available within the first five (5) days following the purchase date. If you cancel within this period, a 3% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover credit card processing costs. Please note that upon cancellation, any current class discounts associated with your membership will be revoked. After the five-day window, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted, and the full membership fee is non-refundable.

For all classes offered by Keetown, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for any class. We strongly encourage you to carefully consider your decision before making a payment, as once a class is purchased, it cannot be refunded or canceled under any circumstances.

Please be aware that classes will not commence until the required enrollment is met. By enrolling in a class, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, understanding that your commitment is essential to the scheduling and operation of our programs.
