Cancellation policy

Membership Refund Policy

Cancellations are permitted solely within the first five (5) calendar days following the purchase date. To initiate a cancellation, you must submit a formal request within this time frame by emailing cancelmembership@keetown.org. Please include your username and reason for cancellation in your request.

Upon successful cancellation, any and all class discounts associated with the membership will be immediately and permanently revoked.

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including the forfeiture of all related discounts upon cancellation.
