Persuasive Writing Level 1 by Coach Michelle

Course Summary: We will read samples to see these skills in action, then apply them to our own writing. Students will write four pieces of persuasive writing. Sessions will be interactive and geared toward helping students improve on their persuasive writing. About 30 minutes of homework should be expected after each session. By the end of the class, students will be able to employ pathos/ethos/logos, balance facts and opinions, avoid logical fallacies, and utilize effective diction in their writing.

Homework: Around 30 minutes each week
