Writing Level 2

Course Summary: Essay writing will be applied to writing short stories, current events, literature analysis, and science topics. The writing process will include researching, organization, drafting, editing, proofreading and finalizing. Students will be taught what to look for in their own writings.

This class is 12 one hour sessions with one hour of homework per session.

Summer intensive session will meet twice a week.

Class Size: 6-8 students

Class Time: One hour per session*

Class Dates: 12 sessions*

Homework: Around 60 minutes after each session
